Qualifications

• UAE national as part of FAB's Emiratisation strategy.
• 3-5 years' experience in banking or financial services with supervisory exposure.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills (English and Arabic).
• Sound understanding of UAE banking regulations and Emiratisation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager with daily operations and compliance.
• Supervise and mentor staff, promoting a customer-centric culture.
• Support the Branch Manager in developing strategies to meet sales targets.
