Job summary

FutureTEC is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and scale the company’s marketing function across the region. This hands-on, strategic B2B marketer will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership to translate business strategy into effective positioning, campaigns, content, and partner initiatives.

You will strengthen our corporate and solution brands, enable sales, and drive measurable marketing contributions across Kuwait, Jordan, and Bahrain, while building a regional marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology or IT services.
• Proven experience establishing or significantly developing a marketing function.
• Strong understanding of B2B technology and services marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategy and roadmap aligned with objectives.
• Establish annual and quarterly plans, priorities, budgets, and KPIs.
• Define objectives across brand, demand, campaigns, events, digital channels, and partner marketing.
• Provide regular marketing performance reporting to executives.
• Coordinate with Sales, Presales, and leadership to support pipeline development.
• Plan events, campaigns, and digital activities to drive demand and engagement.
