Future Group is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The role combines strategic planning with direct campaign execution, budget ownership, and lead generation to drive measurable business results.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in B2B digital marketing, strong expertise in Google/LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation, plus fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B digital marketing experience.
• 2+ years owning digital strategy and advertising budgets.
• Experience in service-based businesses; not e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual digital marketing strategy for KSA and UAE.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across channels.
• Manage Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads with focus on lead quality and ROI.
• Oversee SEO, landing pages, email marketing, and LinkedIn marketing.
• Develop bilingual marketing initiatives in Arabic and English.
