Job summary

Bobcat is seeking a Service Manager MEA to strengthen dealer service capabilities, drive technical excellence, and ensure unmatched customer satisfaction across the MEN region. You will influence dealer performance and loyalty through strategic support and warranty initiatives.

The role requires hands-on aftermarket service experience, strong IT and communication skills, and fluency in English and Arabic, with extensive travel across the Middle East and Africa up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanics or equivalent; strong technical background.
• Hands-on experience in aftermarket service via dealer networks.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; strong IT and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop dealers; drive training and onboarding for continuous improvement.
• Provide proactive technical support; minimize machine downtime and resolve issues promptly.
• Champion maintenance contracts, warranty extensions, genuine parts, and telematics initiatives to boost loyalty.
