Job summary

Emerson is seeking a senior leader to head After-Sales Customer Support for its Isolation Valves business in the Middle East and Africa, focusing on customer satisfaction, aftermarket growth and regional service capability improvements.

You will collaborate with Sales, PMO, Lifecycle Services, factory teams and external partners to deliver operational excellence and safe, reliable service across the region.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Strong knowledge of valve automation, after-sales support, maintenance, troubleshooting and lifecycle services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across matrix organisations and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional After-Sales Customer Support for Emerson's Isolation Valves business across the Middle East and Africa.
• Establish ownership and governance for customer complaints, technical support, and field issues; drive RCA and CAPA activities.
• Coordinate, track and ensure timely closure of issues; monitor KPIs and escalation management.
• Develop and deliver training programmes for internal and external customers; support onboarding for service engineers and sales teams.
• Lead local value-added services, testing, installation, commissioning and field service activities.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence; provide performance updates to leadership.
