Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Lead a variety of group exercise classes.
• Develop and implement engaging class routines that cater to participants of all fitness levels.
• Provide clear, safe, and effective instructions to ensure participants perform exercises correctly.
• Motivate and encourage class participants to achieve their personal fitness objectives.
• Maintain a clean and organized exercise area before, during, and after classes.
• Continuously educate yourself on the latest fitness trends and exercises to keep classes fresh and exciting.
• Assist in promoting group exercise programs to increase class attendance and membership.

Experience Required

• Recognised Pilates Certification
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of fitness techniques, exercises, and class formats.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
