Fitstaff seeks a Full-Time Pilates Mat & Reformer Instructor in the UAE to deliver high-quality group classes across multiple disciplines. The role blends 80% coaching and 20% community admin, member support and events, with a strong emphasis on technique and safety.

Responsibilities include running classes, building community relationships, and contributing to scheduling, operations and ongoing development, while maintaining professionalism and punctuality. UAE-based role with visa support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in teaching Pilates
• Recognised Pilates Mat & Reformer Certification
• Solid understanding of movement mechanics and safe progressions
• Fluent in English (professional level)

Working Schedule

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years experience in teaching Pilates
• Recognised Pilates Mat & Reformer Certification
• Solid understanding of movement mechanics and safe progressions
• Fluent in English (professional level)
• Arabic is a plus
• Ideally already in the UAE, but open to hiring internationally

Salary

Tax-free monthly Salary: AED 15,000 - AED 18,000 depending on experience.
