Client of Fitstaff in Abu Dhabi seeks experienced and certified Reformer Pilates Instructors to join a premium, community-focused fitness brand known for its vibrant culture and professional standards.

You will teach 45–50 minute Reformer Pilates classes following brand methodology, deliver a premium client experience, maintain studio presentation, and foster member relationships through workshops and events.

Qualifications

• Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor with recognized certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience in group Reformer Pilates, small-group or private sessions.
• Energetic, polished, and professional with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Passionate about movement, community, and consistent delivery.

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging 45–50 minute Reformer Pilates classes following brand methodology and format.
• Deliver a premium client experience through professional cueing and motivational energy.
• Maintain studio presentation standards, punctuality, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Build and nurture member relationships to strengthen community engagement and retention.
• Participate in workshops, events, and team initiatives supporting development and brand growth.

What We re Looking For

• Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (Balanced Body, STOTT, Polestar, BASI, or equivalent)

• Energetic, polished, and professional personality with strong communication skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)

• Adaptable and able to follow established class structure and delivery standards

Freelancer Compensation

• 250AED per hour 10 hours per week - no additional package
