Job summary

Reap HR Consultancy is hiring a passionate female fitness instructor for a Women Fitness Club in Al Ain. You will deliver high-impact personalized fitness programs across Pilates Reformer, Lagree, Yoga, TRX, Cardio, HIIT, and Barre, aligning with holistic wellness and mindful movement.

You will design progressive plans, coach one-on-one on rehab and performance, and foster an inclusive, motivating environment to boost member engagement.

Qualifications

• Female candidates only.
• Valid certification from a recognized body (REPS UAE, ACE, NASM, ISSA, Yoga Alliance, STOTT Pilates, Lagree).
• Proven experience in Pilates Reformer, Lagree, Yoga, TRX, Cardio HIIT and Barre.
• Strong client-centred program design and motivation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead expert classes in Pilates Reformer, Lagree Method, Yoga, TRX, Cardio, HIIT and Barre.
• Create customized progressive fitness plans tailored to individual goals.
• Provide one-on-one coaching focused on rehabilitation and performance.
• Cultivate an inclusive, motivating environment to boost member retention.
• Partner with Branding to ensure consistent class content and client experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fitness trends, certifications and best practices.

We are seeking a passionate and certified Female Fitness Instructor to join one of our prestigious client based in Al Ain (Women Fitness Club) where fitness client experience and holistic wellness come together. Youll play a key role in delivering high-impact personalized fitness programs that reflect commitment to transformation sustainability and mindful movement. As a dynamic client-focused professional with expertise across multiple modalities youll drive member engagement and deliver measurable wellness results. Your energy and expertise will help shape the fitness journey of our community and strengthen the Clubs position as a leader in innovative results-driven wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Lead expert classes in Pilates Reformer Lagree Method Yoga (multiple styles) TRX Cardio HIIT and Barre.
• Create customized progressive fitness plans tailored to individual client goals and needs.
• Provide one-on-one coaching focused on rehabilitation injury prevention and performance enhancement.
• Cultivate an inclusive motivating and supportive environment to boost member retention.
• Partner with the Branding team to ensure consistent brand alignment in class content and client experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fitness trends certifications and best practices.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Valid certification from a recognized body: REPS UAE ACE NASM ISSA Yoga Alliance STOTT Pilates Lagree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in Pilates Reformer Lagree Method Yoga (multiple disciplines) TRX Cardio HIIT and Barre.
• Demonstrated skill in designing client-centred progressive fitness programs.
• Strong communication coaching and interpersonal abilities with a focus on motivation and support.
• Understanding of rehabilitation principles and injury-prevention strategies.
• Exceptional customer service mindset and collaborative professional attitude.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced creative environment aligned with "Healthy Community" moto.
