Job summary

MEFITPRO is seeking a highly skilled Comprehensive Pilates Instructor to join a premium holistic wellness club in Fujairah, UAE. The role blends clinical rehab, injury prevention, and elite client care within a luxury wellness environment.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized rehabilitation programs, delivering safe progressive Pilates sessions (Reformer, MAT and other equipment), and maintaining accurate progress records.

Qualifications

• Level 3 certified in Pilates (Reformer MAT and apparatus BASI/STOTT Balanced Body or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy preferred.
• Minimum 23 years experience in Pilates instruction (group and private).
• Strong knowledge of anatomy biomechanics and movement therapy.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate and commit to a 2-year contract.
• Manage clients with medical conditions, injuries and special populations.

Pilates Instructor (Comprehensive)

Location: Fujairah UAE

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Comprehensive Pilates Instructor to join a well-established premium holistic wellness club in the beautiful and clam city of Fujairah (90 mins drive from Dubai). This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong Pilates expertise with MAT Reformer Ladder Barrel Chair Cadillac (atleast 3 of these) supporting clients in rehabilitation injury prevention and overall physical well-being within an elite wellness environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualised progrmasand rehabilitation plans.

Deliver safe effective and progressive Pilates (Reformer MAT and other equipment)sessions tailored to clients fitness needs.

Work with clients across various fitness levels including pre/post-rehabilitation injury recovery and performance enhancement.

Ensure correct alignment movement patterns breathing and posture during sessions.

Collaborate with the wellness and coaching team to provide an integrated holistic client experience.

Maintain accurate client records and progress reports.

Educate clients on injury prevention corrective exercises and long-term physical health.

Uphold the clubs high standards of professionalism client care and service excellence.

Participate in internal training workshops and wellness events.

Requirements & Qualifications

Level 3Certified in Pilates (Reformer MAT and apparatus BASI STOTT Balanced Body Polestar or equivalent).

Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy (not necessary but desirable)

Minimum 23 years of experience in Pilates instruction (both group classes and private sessions) preferably in a clinical or premium studio setting.

Strong knowledge of human anatomy biomechanics and movement therapy.

Confident client-focused and professional with excellent communication skills.

Ability to manage clients with medical conditions injuries and special populations.

Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Willingness to relocate and commit to a 2-year long-term contract.

A maximum of 4 to 6 sessions/classes per day based on the requirement 6 days per week.
