Showcify, Inc. is seeking an AI Transformation Manager to drive refinery AI initiatives, prioritize use cases, and lead cross-functional delivery with governance and adoption.

The role champions business outcomes, data-driven decisions, and scalable deployments across operations and engineering domains. The ideal candidate will coordinate with stakeholders, manage a robust use-case portfolio, and ensure alignment with digital strategy and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Master’s degree or transformation/AI certification is advantageous.
• Experience in refinery, oil & gas, petrochemicals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the refinery AI transformation agenda with prioritized portfolio and measurable value.
• Orchestrate end-to-end AI initiatives across operations, maintenance, engineering, and Digital teams.
• Define outcomes, monitor value delivery, and report initiative health and forecast value.
