ADNOC Group seeks an AI Transformation Manager to lead the refinery AI agenda, aligning business priorities with a robust use-case portfolio. You will orchestrate end-to-end delivery, drive governance, and ensure adoption across operations, maintenance, and engineering in Abu Dhabi.

The role requires strong experience in digital transformation, stakeholder engagement, and value realization, with a pragmatic approach to turning pilots into scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline related to chemical/industrial engineering.
• 8–12 years of relevant refinery/oil & gas transformation experience with digital initiatives.
• Experience in digital transformation, AI use-case delivery, and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation strategy and roadmap for refinery operations.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and IT/digital teams.
• Define KPIs, monitor value delivery, and manage adoption and scale-up.
