Job summary

ADNOC Refining is seeking an AI Transformation Manager to lead the refinery's AI journey and embed data-driven initiatives that deliver measurable business value. You will bridge business functions and technical teams, ensuring scalable, value-generating AI deployments across multiple refinery domains.

The role requires 8–12 years in industrial transformation with strong stakeholder engagement, governance, and change-management capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering.
Master’s degree, transformation certification, project-management certification, or AI/analytics certification is advantageous.
8–12 years of relevant experience in refinery, oil and gas, petrochemicals, energy, or industrial transformation environments.

Responsibilities

Lead refinery AI transformation agenda aligned with enterprise digital strategy.
Identify and prioritize AI opportunities with measurable business value.
Orchestrate end-to-end delivery with operations, maintenance, and digital teams.
