Al-Futtaim Automotive is recruiting a Handover Specialist for BYD in Abu Dhabi. You will educate customers on ownership, configure vehicles, and deliver immersive handover experiences.

Build trust, demonstrate features, and guide buyers through the ownership journey with emphasis on electric mobility. You will coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless handover, conduct demos, and provide exceptional customer service aligned with company policies.

Competenze

• 2 years’ automotive retail experience in a customer-facing role.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong customer service, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic desirable.
• A valid UAE driving license.

As a Handover Specialist, you will deliver an educational, immersive and exciting experience for every customer taking delivery of a new vehicle. You will prepare each customer for ownership, configure the vehicle to their needs, explain its features clearly and confidently, and answer questions about BYD, electric mobility and the ownership journey.

• The role reports to the Sales Manager and will work closely with showroom, sales and operational colleagues. Together, the team focuses on creating a seamless customer journey and delivering a high-quality BYD brand experience.
