Job summary

Ontime Healthcare in Dubai seeks a Business Development / Sales Executive for recruitment services. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with HR managers and decision-makers, and lead end-to-end sales cycles from outreach to signing service agreements.

Role requires proven B2B sales experience in recruitment or HR services, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).

• Strong client relationship management and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for recruitment services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HR managers and decision-makers.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach and client meetings to acquire new clients.
• Present recruitment solutions and service offerings to prospects.
• Understand client hiring requirements and recommend recruitment solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and service agreements.
• Negotiate terms and close recruitment contracts.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of candidates.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update opportunities in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Attend networking events and meetings to generate leads.
• Prepare weekly sales and revenue forecasts.
• Ensure timely collection of payments per terms.
• Build long-term partnerships and client retention.
• Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and candidate information.
• Represent the company with excellent customer service.
