Job summary

PRYPCO in Dubai is seeking a Recruitment Manager to own and lead recruitment for the Real Estate division. You will build a consistent pipeline of experienced agents and fresh talent, proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.

You will work closely with the GM and Sales leadership to forecast needs and shape the recruitment process as the Real Estate division scales, aiming to make PRYPCO a top UAE real estate company by 2027.

The Role

We are looking for aRecruitment Manager with strong UAE real estate experienceto lead and build the recruitment sub-vertical within our Real Estate division.

PRYPCO is a strong, established and successful business, and we are now entering an important phase of growth. Our ambition is to build our Real Estate division into a top 5 real estate company in the UAE by the end of 2027.

You will have significant autonomy and ownership in building the recruitment function that supports this ambition. This is a key hire for the business, and you will play an important role in building the team that will help us get there.

We are looking for someone who understands the Dubai real estate market, knows where the talent is and canget people through the door.

You will recruit across the spectrum, from experienced high-performing agents to freshers looking to start their real estate careers.

What You'll Do

Own and lead recruitment for the Real Estate division.

What We're Looking For

Strong UAE real estate experience, ideally with an established network of agents.

Recruitment or talent acquisition experience within real estate is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of the Dubai brokerage market and agent landscape.

Commercial, energetic and highly proactive.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable with high-volume outreach, calling and follow-up.

Someone who takes ownership and wants tobuild and lead something, rather than simply fill vacancies.
