Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in agency recruitment, consultancy or executive search

Responsibilities

• Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify target companies and candidate pools
• Source and engage candidates through direct headhunting, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
• Perform detailed candidate screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, motivations, and fit against client requirements
• Prepare candidate shortlists, assessment summaries, and search documentation to support client presentations
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the CRM and ATS
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines across multiple industries and functional disciplines
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and talent movements to provide market intelligence
• Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process
• Support consultants in managing search assignments from initiation to completion
• Ensure recruitment activities are delivered with accuracy, professionalism and attention to detail

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Consultant to support executive search and recruitment assignments across Technology, Strategy & Consulting, Finance, Corporate Functions, and Emiratization.

This role is responsible for conducting market research, talent mapping, candidate sourcing, headhunting, screening, and shortlist preparation. The successful candidate will work closely with senior consultants to identify and engage high-caliber talent, ensuring a professional and consultative candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market mapping and talent research to identify target companies and candidate pools
• Source and engage qualified candidates through direct headhunting, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
• Perform detailed candidate screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, motivations, and suitability against client requirements
• Prepare candidate shortlists, assessment summaries, and search documentation to support client presentations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the CRM and applicant tracking systems
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines across multiple industries and functional disciplines
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and talent movements to provide relevant market intelligence
• Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process
• Support consultants in managing search assignments from initiation through to successful completion
• Ensure all recruitment activities are delivered with a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail

Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience within an agency recruitment, recruitment consultancy, or executive search environment
• Previous experience supporting professional, mid-management, or executive-level hiring assignments
• Strong capability in candidate sourcing, headhunting, market mapping, and screening
• Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other recruitment tools
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, consultative, and service-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree preferred
