Job summary

MENA Partner of Louvre Hotels Group in Dubai is seeking a Recreation Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our recreational facilities and activities, ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.

You will supervise the recreation team, coordinate events, manage equipment and schedules, assist guests with rentals, and maintain clean, safe areas. Collaborate with management to promote programs and uphold high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the recreation team, including lifeguards and attendants.
• Coordinate and oversee setup and operation of activities and events.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of recreational areas and equipment.
• Assist guests with equipment rentals and guide facility usage.
• Monitor equipment use and report issues or damage.
• Provide information to guests about activities, schedules, and amenities.
• Maintain records of guest participation and activity schedules.
• Collaborate with the Recreation Manager to promote programs and events.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations for guest well-being.
• Address guest inquiries and special requests related to recreational services.
• Assist in set-up and cleanup of events and activities.
• Participate in safety measures in recreational facilities.
• Operate safely and in an environmentally friendly manner.
