Job summary

Paramount Midtown Hotel in Dubai is seeking a friendly Guest Relations / Recreation Attendant for our pool and spa areas. You will welcome guests, assist with facility use, register visitors, and help maintain a safe, clean, and inviting environment.

The ideal candidate has guest relations experience in 5‑star hospitality or health clubs and a high school diploma (or equivalent). Join us to promote hotel facilities and ensure memorable guest experiences every day.

Qualifications

• Guest relations experience in 5-star hospitality or health club preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests at the pool and fitness facilities.
• Register guests and maintain accurate recreation records.
• Keep pool, fitness, and recreation areas clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Set up pool furniture, cabanas, towels, and guest amenities.
• Monitor supplies and equipment; report maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
• Report incidents, accidents, or safety concerns to the Supervisor.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Laundry and other departments.
• Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Perform opening, closing and other duties as assigned by the Spa & Recreation team.

Education

• Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Perform opening, closing, and other duties as assigned by the Spa & Recreation team.

• Previous guest relations experience in 5 star hospitality or health club industry
