Clifford Chance UAE is seeking a Receptionist & Facilities Assistant to manage front-of-house operations, answer calls, register visitors and support daily office functions in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure professional service, maintain security protocols with access cards, and coordinate meeting rooms with AV equipment.
The role requires strong English communication, organisational skills, and familiarity with Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

The role is responsible for managing reception operations, handling calls and enquiries, coordinating meeting rooms, supporting lawyers and business professional's teams with day-to-day office requirements, supporting the Office & Legal Support Manager with matters related to office operations and facilities and some light IT support. The Receptionist & Facilities Assistant represents the firm’s values and brand, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and client service at all times.
