Job summary

La Petite Maison (LPM) in Dubai is seeking a Receiving / Storekeeping associate to manage incoming goods, verify quantities and temperatures, and ensure accurate recording. You will handle quality checks and documentation while maintaining organized storage with FIFO, under Dubai Municipality standards.

The role requires 2–3 years in hospitality/F&B receiving, strong Excel skills, inventory system familiarity, and fluency in English (French or another European language is a plus).

• 2-3 years of experience in receiving, storekeeping, or supply-chain roles within hospitality or F&B.
• Strong understanding of delivery checks, food safety handling, and documentation accuracy.
• Familiar with inventory systems, Excel, and supplier coordination. Detail-oriented and reliable with multiple daily deliveries.
• English is a must. French or another European language, even better.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming goods for Le Café LPM, check quality and quantities, and record everything accurately.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders, temperatures, and quality; reject items that don't meet standards.
• Record deliveries, invoices, credit notes, and discrepancies; keep logs clean and filed.
• Move goods to proper storage using FIFO; maintain clean, labelled fridges, freezers, and dry stores.
• Flag issues early and communicate discrepancies to the team; ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality standards.

What This Role Is

You receive all incoming goods for Le Café LPM — checking quality, verifying quantities, recording everything accurately, and making sure nothing enters storage that shouldn’t.
