La Petite Maison (LPM) Dubai is seeking a Floor Manager to own the guest experience on a premium, high-volume dining floor.
You will coordinate the team, oversee service flow with kitchen and bar, train and motivate staff, and ensure mise en place, table settings, cleanliness and brand presentation on every shift.
Le Café LPM is a neighbourhood café for the modern city, where French Riviera spirit meets everyday urban life. All-day dining, done beautifully. Croissants made properly. Fish grilled simply. Spritzes that feel like a terrace in July. Nothing overcomplicated. Everything just right.
We are looking for a Floor Manager to own that.
You coordinate the team, own the guest experience, and make sure every shift runs smoothly - from the first cover to the last goodbye.
1-2 years in a supervisory or front-of-house managerial role in a premium or high-volume restaurant.
English is a must. French or another European language, or Arabic even better.
You set the standard for how guests are treated by handling concerns calmly, turning every situation around, and following up on feedback without being asked.
You lead by example. You brief, train, and motivate your team daily. You keep energy high, standards consistent, and people growing.
You know the menu, the drinks, and the story behind what we serve and you make sure your team does too.
You oversee the full floor - coordinating with kitchen and bar, managing service flow, and keeping everything running on time and on brand.
Mise en place, table settings, cleanliness, shift planning, brand presentation: nothing gets past you before the first guest walks in.
Things move fast. You stay calm, find solutions before issues become problems, and know when to act and when to escape.
Real ownership of a culinary concept from day one. Visibility across a growing, internationally recognised group. The chance to build something with people who take the simple things seriously.
Competitive compensation. A package designed around a life that also exists outside the kitchen.
