Job summary

Le Café LPM in Dubai is seeking a skilled bartender to own the bar, craft drinks with precision, and create a welcoming atmosphere that makes every guest feel valued. Morning shifts include coffee and tea service, aligning with the café rhythm from dawn to early afternoon.

You will bring 1–2 years of upscale or fine dining bartending experience, awareness of UAE alcohol laws, and fluent English, with French or another European language seen as a plus.

Your Role

You run the bar, craft drinks with precision and speed, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and making every guest feel like they ordered exactly the right thing. Morning shifts are part of the rhythm - coffee and tea service included.

Your Profile

• 1–2 years of experience as a bartender in an upscale or fine dining environment.
• Awareness of local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service in the UAE.
• English is a must. French or another European language, even better.
