BEAMS Abu Dhabi is looking for a Receiving Clerk to ensure accurate stock, PO, invoice and cost records, supporting Retail and F&B operations. You will manage receiving, storage, purchase administration, stock counts and cost data while working with Retail, F&B, VMD, suppliers and Finance.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory, logistics or purchasing administration.
• Retail and F&B experience strongly preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong Excel skills and data/reports experience.
• Experience with POs, invoices and cost documentation.
• Ability to investigate and resolve stock variances.

We are looking for a Receiving Clerk to join our team in Abu Dhabi and support the smooth operation of both Retail and F&B through accurate receiving, inventory management, purchasing administration and cost documentation.

THE ROLE

As a Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate, secure and well-documented control of retail merchandise, F&B stock, packaging, consumables and store assets.

You will manage receiving, storage, purchase administration, stock counts, cost data and expense documentation while working closely with Retail, F&B, VMD, suppliers and Finance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and inspect merchandise, food, supplies and equipment
• Match deliveries against approved POs, delivery notes and invoices
• Record stock movements and maintain secure, clearly labelled storage
• Coordinate Retail replenishment and F&B stock issuance

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 4+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory, logistics or purchasing administration
• Retail and F&B experience strongly preferred
• Supply Chain, Inventory, Finance or related qualification preferred
• Fluent English communication skills
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reports
• Experience using inventory or stock-management systems
• Strong understanding of receiving and reconciliation processes
• Experience with POs, invoices and cost documentation
• Ability to investigate and resolve stock variances
• High level of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail
• Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidential information
• Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills

REPORTING LINE

Reports to: Outlet Manager

Functional coordination: General Manager and Finance

Works closely with: Retail, F&B, VMD and Approved Suppliers

ACCOUNTABILITY

The Receiving Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate stock, PO, invoice and cost records.

No independent authority for purchasing, payment, write-offs or supplier appointment.

• Physical carton and stock handling
