Job summary

LET'S EAT! Food Brands in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Supervisor – Receiving & Dispatching to lead daily receiving, stocking, picking, staging and dispatch activities. You will ensure accurate inspections, proper storage, and timely dispatch to restaurants and cloud kitchens.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment, with focus on inventory accuracy, temperature control, and cross-department collaboration to maintain service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising Receiving, Stockroom, Picking, Staging and Dispatch areas.
• Knowledge of QA checks: quantity, quality, expiry dates, batch details.
• Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO principles and stock rotation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Receiving, Stockroom, Picking, Staging and Dispatch operations.
• Ensure goods are received and inspected for quantity, quality, condition, expiry, batch details and temperature.
• Verify received items against PO and delivery documents.
• Register stock in inventory/system and transfer to storage promptly.
• Maintain correct temperatures for chilled, frozen and ambient products.
• Manage Central Kitchen stockrooms, ensuring organization, security, labeling and rotation.
• Monitor stock movements, transfers, issues, returns and variances; support stock counts.
• Plan and manage daily dispatch of planned orders to restaurants, cloud kitchens and external clients.

We are looking for a Supervisor – Receiving & Dispatching to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth, accurate, and efficient movement of products and materials across our operations. This is an ideal opportunity for an organized and hands‑on supply chain professional who understands that every successful operation starts with the right product, at the right place, at the right time.

THE ROLE

As a Supervisor – Receiving & Dispatching, you will oversee day-to-day receiving and dispatch operations, ensuring that goods are properly received, checked, stored, prepared, and dispatched according to company standards. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement, Production, Operations, and other departments to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and service levels.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the Receiving, Stockroom, Picking, Staging, and Dispatch areas.
• Ensure all incoming products are properly received and inspected for quantity, quality, condition, expiry dates, batch details, and temperature.
• Verify all received items against the LPO/Purchase Order, delivery documents, and approved product specifications.
• Ensure all received stock is accurately registered in the inventory/system and transferred to the appropriate storage area in a timely manner.
• Ensure chilled, frozen, and ambient products are stored at the correct temperature and under the required storage conditions.
• Manage the Central Kitchen stockrooms, ensuring proper organization, cleanliness, security, labeling, and stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Monitor stock movements, transfers, issues, returns, and variances, and support regular physical stock counts and reconciliation.
• Plan and manage the daily dispatch of planned orders to restaurants, cloud kitchen locations, and external clients.
