STAQ Properties, a Dubai-based real estate agency in Business Bay, is seeking ambitious real estate agents specialized in the secondary market. The role focuses on calling, lead generation, and appointment setting for the sales team, with targets to meet daily, weekly, and monthly.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of local real estate calling experience, excellent communication, and strong client data management skills.

• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales manager.
• Maintain a detailed database of customer information and call history.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
• Studying the details of each property, location, types, offer, rent and sale option.
• Obtaining and updating lists of clients contact details.
• Cold calls as per target defined.
• Reaching monthly meeting targets.
