ARK Real Estate in Dubai is urgently seeking a dynamic Real Estate / Property Consultant / Tele-caller to join our team as a full-time member. The role involves advising clients, generating leads, and promoting properties across portals.

You must have at least 2 years of Dubai real estate sales experience, excellent communication, and strong customer service. We offer salary plus commission, medical insurance, visa, training, and broad advertising exposure.

• Min. 2 years experience in Dubai Real Estate Sales.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have good telephone etiquette and good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Understand client needs, preferences, and financial constraints to offer tailored property solutions.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, demographics, and property values to provide accurate advice on buying, selling, or leasing.
• Prospect Generation: Proactively find new clients through networking, cold calling, and advertising.
• Property Promotion & Viewings: Showcase properties to potential buyers/tenants and manage listings on relevant portals.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate prices and terms between parties to finalize sales or leasing agreements.
• Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations (e.g., RERA in Dubai).
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
