Job summary

Amer Al Ghurair Real Estate is seeking a meticulous CRM Administrator to manage and maintain our CRM systems. You will ensure data accuracy, drive system efficiency, and coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance, Marketing, and IT to optimize workflows.

The ideal candidate has hands-on CRM administration experience, preferably in real estate development, with strong Excel and data analysis skills. This on-site role offers a collaborative environment and opportunities to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years CRM administration experience.
• Real estate developer experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo CRM and/or Yardi preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar systems is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of CRM data management, workflows, reporting, and user administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the company’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
• Create and manage customer, lead, opportunity, and property records.
• Monitor CRM data quality and ensure timely updates by relevant teams.
• Configure CRM workflows, fields, user access, dashboards, and reports.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and system access.
• Track leads and customer interactions throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle.
• Generate regular CRM reports, dashboards, and performance analytics for management.
• Identify data inconsistencies, duplicates, and system issues and resolve them promptly.
• Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure seamless CRM processes.
• Support automation of CRM processes and improve system efficiency.
• Assist users with CRM-related queries and provide basic system training when required.
• Maintain documentation of CRM processes, workflows, and system configurations.
• Coordinate with CRM/software vendors and IT teams for system enhancements and troubleshooting.
• Ensure CRM processes are aligned with company policies and business requirements.
• Support data migration, system upgrades, integrations, and testing when required.
