Key Responsibilities

Property Listings & Marketing

• Manage, update, and promote property listings across online platforms.

• Prepare accurate property descriptions, pricing, and high-quality presentation materials.

• Coordinate marketing activities to enhance property visibility.

Client Relations & Viewings

• Handle inquiries from prospective tenants or buyers.

• Schedule and conduct property tours and site visits.

• Maintain positive relationships with clients, landlords, and property owners.

Leasing & Sales Support

• Prepare tenancy contracts, renewal offers, and related documentation.

• Assist with negotiations for leasing and sales agreements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.

Market Research & Reporting

• Monitor real estate trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

• Provide insights and recommendations to management regarding market positioning.

• Prepare regular reports on leads, viewings, and closed deals.

Administrative Coordination

• Liaise with maintenance teams regarding unit readiness and handovers.

• Process and manage other government transactions.

• Maintain organized records of all property-related activities.

Qualifications
