Qualifications

• Hands-on ability to shoot, edit, and produce property videos and short-form content.
• Strong analytics to interpret social media metrics and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan, and publish engaging daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Shoot property videos, walkthroughs, agent videos, and other real estate content
• Edit reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and social media content
• Generate qualified real estate leads through organic and paid social media campaigns
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager
• Monitor lead volume, cost per lead, lead quality, engagement, and campaign performance
• Coordinate with the sales team to support listings, launches, and lead-generation objectives
• Stay updated on real estate marketing trends, social media trends, and competitor activity
