Job summary

Solutions Leisure Group is seeking a Social Media Executive to craft visually compelling content and strengthen the brand’s online presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and more. You will plan, shoot, edit, and publish multimedia content, collaborating with the marketing team to meet campaigns and objectives.

You will stay ahead of trends, manage content calendars, engage with communities, and analyse performance to drive reach and engagement across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelors preferred in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field.
• Proven experience in social media content creation, photography, videography.
• Proficiency in photo/video editing software listed above.
• Understand social platforms' algorithms and trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication with storytelling ability.

Responsibilities

• Create multimedia content (photos, videos, graphics, animations) aligned with brand.
• Plan, shoot and edit video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
• Collaborate with Social Media team to drive engagement and align with goals.
• Design assets like memes, stories, promotional content to boost interaction.
• Develop content calendars and maintain a content library.
• Monitor audience feedback and engage with comments promptly.
• Coordinate with influencers/ambassadors and maintain brand consistency.
• Track performance with analytics tools and report insights for improvements.
• Attend events to create on-site content and real-time engagement.
