Job summary

Meraki Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns for residential and commercial real estate projects. You will own paid channels across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube while optimizing budgets, CPL, and ROAS.

You will partner with Sales, CRM, and BD to improve lead quality, drive conversions, and coordinate with creative teams for compelling content and landing pages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• 3–7+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate development.
• Proven experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
• Experience managing substantial digital advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads; familiarity with TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube advertising is a plus.
• Experience with CRM platforms and lead tracking/management.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management abilities.
• Deep understanding of the UAE/Dubai real estate market is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Generate high-quality leads for residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
• Manage campaigns for property launches, off-plan projects, events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, conversion rates, ROAS, and ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, CRM, and Business Development to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, videographers, and external partners.
• Manage landing pages and lead-generation forms; optimize conversions.
• Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta/Ads Manager, CRM systems, and other analytics tools to track performance.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct competitor, market, audience, and campaign analysis.
• Support SEO, SEM, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and other digital initiatives.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across channels.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and UAE real estate market dynamics.
