Job summary

Meraki Group in Dubai is seeking an energetic real estate sales professional to generate and qualify leads, present properties, and visit client sites.

You will understand client requirements, advise on suitable properties, maintain relationships, and drive inquiries to a close while aiming for monthly targets. English proficiency is required; Malayalam, Turkish, Mandarin, Kurdish, or Italian are preferred to support a diverse client base; immediate joiners and female candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience with a property developer.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through various sales channels.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
