Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in project engineering within real estate or construction industries.
- Experience in UAE-based projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction and project management principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of construction and development projects.
- Coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams.
