Job summary

Caliberly is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead full lifecycle real estate development and construction projects in the UAE. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules and quality to deliver on time and within scope.

The role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and a track record of delivering large-scale developments in the UAE/GCC. You’ll work closely with design, engineering, procurement and construction teams to ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of PM experience in real estate or construction in UAE/GCC.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong commercial acumen: budget control, contracts, cost and schedule performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, BIM tools, and MS Office.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, objectives and deliverables aligned with strategy.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with timelines and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across design, engineering, procurement and construction.
• Manage contractors and vendors: RFPs, bids, contracts, quality standards.
• Monitor progress, control costs, track schedule, and report variances.
• Ensure compliance with local regs, codes, safety and approvals.
• Conduct site visits to verify quality and resolve issues.
• Oversee hand-over: as-built drawings, client hand-over and post-handover support.
