Job summary

Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) is seeking a Process & Operational Excellence Manager - Real Estate to optimize leasing and portfolio management processes across land, warehouses, offices, labour accommodation and retail. You will map current processes, design to-be workflows, and drive end-to-end improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Real Estate, Business, Data Science, Operations Research or related field; master’s degree is a plus.
• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience, including substantial hands-on real estate process/operations experience.
• Experience with real estate / property management systems (SAP RE-FX, Yardi, VTS, MRI, Planon, Archibus, IWMS or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end mapping and re-engineering of leasing and portfolio management value streams across all asset classes (land, industrial/warehouse, commercial/office, labour accommodation and retail).
• Map current-state real estate and leasing processes, quantify inefficiencies, and design optimized to-be processes that reduce manual handoffs and rework.
• Lead optimization of the full lease lifecycle from enquiry to handover including activation, renewal, amendment and termination.
• Drive improvements in asset utilization, occupancy, and revenue realization across the portfolio.
• Define data models, governance and process controls for accurate real estate and lease data.
