Flip retail is seeking a Real Estate Photographer/Videographer in Abu Dhabi to capture high-quality images and videos of properties for online and print advertising. You will meet brokers, conduct shoots, label and upload files the same day, and handle interior shots to convey space flow.

The role includes lighting, edits, video work, and coordinating with a team to meet client briefs. Responsibility includes staging support, planning events, maintaining equipment, and guiding junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Photograph houses listed for sale for online advertising, marketing and print needs.
• Meet brokers/clients on website and carry out photo session.
• Label and upload pictures to our in-house workshop on the same day as the shoot.
• Take interior shots of homes (lounge, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen) to show flow.
• Ensure good image makeup, angles, and room positioning.
• Edit photos for lighting, contrast, and add watermarks.
• Video property homes and edit videos for web with navigation, overlays.
• Assist owners in staging their homes for best visuals.
• Plan and shoot live events, short films and ad shoots.
• Prepare and check filming equipment and workflows.
• Coordinate and assign tasks to Camera Operators and Lighting Technicians.
• Do light editing of footage for smaller productions.
• Interpret client briefs, provide creative feedback and budget estimates.
• Discuss ideas with the Creative team before shooting.
• Coordinate with Wedding Videographers and small studios for shoots.
• Ensure proper lighting and audio, choose optimal lenses.
• Provide guidance on captions, graphics and text effects for ads.
• Liaise with suppliers for gear, products and services.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues with cameras.
• Maintain filming consistency from start to finish.
• Disassemble and tidy equipment after shoots.
• Maintain and upgrade equipment inventory.
• Create training videos for juniors as reference.
