Job description

Responsibilities

• Filming and photography Shoot property tours walk-throughs new project launches and developer events
• Cover client events networking events and podcast or interview sessions
• Capture personal branding lifestyle day-in-the-life and behind-the-scenes content
• Produce short-form Reels TikToks and YouTube Shorts
• Develop and shoot long-form YouTube content such as an episodic or interactive series that showcases the UAE and generates leads
• Editing and post-production Edit and colour grade to a high professional standard Add clean subtitles captions and graphics where needed Design thumbnails covers and other supporting visual assets
• Turn time-sensitive content around quickly
• Planning and ideas Proactively suggest what to capture and flag filming opportunities without waiting to be asked Turn property news and market topics into strong visual content Stay on top of social media trends hooks and what keeps viewers watching
• Work closely with Executive Assistant to schedule shoots around the diary
• Build and maintain an organised content library with content planned and banked in advance

Qualifications

• Substantial professional experience in videography and photography.
• A strong portfolio, ideally including UAE real estate, business or personal branding work.
• Solid command of lighting, audio, framing and camera equipment.
• Advanced editing and colour grading skills ( e.g. Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut ).
• A clear understanding of short-form social content: hooks, pacing and retention.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and works well with little direction.
• Organised, reliable and comfortable with fast deadlines.
• Experience with YouTube series or long-form formats.
• Graphic design or motion graphics skills.
• Drone licence (UAE) or FPV experience.
• Knowledge of the Dubai property market.
