Job summary

Land Sterling Properties seeks a Broker­age Marketing lead to craft and execute a comprehensive marketing calendar across listings, seller acquisition, inquiries and broker recruitment in Dubai. You will manage content on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and the company site, ensuring accuracy and timely handovers.

You will develop listing brochures, just-sold/rented templates, seller decks and client-broker materials while coordinating shoots, broker profiles and high-quality video

Qualifications

• At least five years of hands-on marketing experience, with real estate exposure preferred.
• Experience coordinating marketing across multiple departments while keeping clear priorities.
• UAE property-market familiarity is a bonus.
• Strong English writing and briefing skills across social media, websites and sales materials.
• Arabic language ability is advantageous.
• Hands-on with CMS, SEO basics, GA4, CRM-based reporting.
• Proficiency with modern AI tools for data analysis, image/video generation and editing.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver the brokerage marketing calendar with leadership covering listings, seller acquisition, buyer inquiries and broker recruitment.
• Manage brokerage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and the website.
• Keep listings accurate and ensure timely inquiry handovers.
• Develop listing brochures, templates, seller presentations and client-broker materials.
• Coordinate property shoots, broker profiles and high-quality video content.
• Create regular Stories and training videos in the content schedule.
• Support group marketing with brand-consistent content and campaigns.
• Coordinate events, influencer partnerships and group marketing materials with measurable outcomes.
• Manage social content and website updates with a consistent brand voice across projects and services.
• Use GA4 tagging and CRM reporting to connect activity to inquiries and outcomes.
