Job summary

Rino Invest Properties is seeking a strategic Real Estate Manager to oversee and optimize a growing UAE portfolio. You will maximize asset value, enhance client satisfaction, and drive operational excellence across commercial, residential, retail, and industrial assets.

Your responsibilities include developing business plans, managing budgets, leading leasing strategies, and maintaining strong tenant relationships while coordinating with vendors and the acquisitions team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial real estate management.
• Strong financial literacy with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated success in leasing, negotiation, and tenant relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Develop and execute strategic plans for a portfolio of properties, focusing on financial performance and occupancy.
• Financial Acumen: Prepare, manage, and analyze annual budgets, reports, and variance analyses; target NOI growth.
• Leasing & Marketing: Oversee leasing strategy with brokers; negotiate leases and renewals; implement marketing plans.
• Tenant & Client Relations: Be primary contact for tenants; address needs and maintain relationships.
• Vendor & Facility Management: Manage contracts with vendors; ensure safety, cleanliness, and upkeep of properties.
• Due Diligence & Acquisitions: Support acquisition/disposition with financial and physical due diligence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial real estate management.
• Strong financial literacy with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis (Yardi, MRI, or similar software proficiency is a plus).
• Demonstrated success in leasing, negotiation, and tenant relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
