  • Work on large and complex Real Estate transactions in the Gulf market.
  • Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, development and leasing.
  • Assist with Real Estate finance, structuring and related transactions.

Overview

This leading international law firm has an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate to join their market leading ME Real Estate practice in Dubai.

Scope of Work

The team works on some of the largest and most complex Real Estate transactions taking place in the Gulf market. They advise major clients on a variety of investment acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, development leasing of large‑scale mixed‑use schemes, hotel residence structures and agreements, RE finance, structuring and RE aspects of major corporate transactions.

Client Base

The team advises a broad client base including sovereign wealth funds, institutional international and regional investors, developers, hotel operators and financial institutions supporting them across the full real estate lifecycle.

Future Prospects

Future prospects are excellent within this top‑level Gulf practice.

Qualifications

Applicants must be UK/Common Law qualified lawyers, with strong Commercial Real Estate experience and a good working knowledge of the Real Estate industry, ideally gained within another major law firm in the Middle East, the UK or Australasia.
