Job summary

RAYNE is seeking senior real estate lawyers to join as Consultants and be seconded into client organisations across the Emirates. You will advise on land acquisitions, sales, leases, and strata structuring while navigating complex regulatory regimes and ensuring compliance.

These roles offer autonomy, variety, and the flexibility of long-term relationships with clients and the RAYNE team. Prior in-house exposure with real estate developers or investment entities is preferred, and familiarity

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE, admitted in a common law or regional jurisdiction.
• Strong UAE or GCC experience in real estate law, including transactional and advisory work.
• Familiarity with real estate contracts such as SPAs, lease agreements, MOUs, and off-plan sale structures.
• Experience interacting with UAE authorities such as DLD, RERA, Dubai Municipality, and other relevant regulators.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and provide commercially focused legal advice.
• Previous in-house experience with real estate developers or investment entities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise internal stakeholders on land acquisition, sales and purchases, leasing (commercial and residential), strata and co-ownership structuring, off-plan developments, and regulatory compliance.
• Support on secondments to client organisations as a true extension of their in-house teams.

With demand growing at RAYNE, we are seeking several senior real estate lawyers who enjoy variety and autonomy, and who want to work closely with businesses navigating growth, transformation and change on an interim basis.

As a Consultant at RAYNE, you will join our team and be seconded into client organisations, working as a true extension of their in-house teams. Secondments vary in length and scope and may span different sectors and legal disciplines, while you remain fully supported by the RAYNE team throughout. Our model is built on trust, flexibility, and long-term relationships with both our clients and our consultants.

These projects will support large-scale residential and commercial projects across the Emirates and require hands-on legal expertise in real estate matters.
