Job summary

Asico Real Estate Llc in Dubai is seeking an HR and Recruitment professional to handle day-to-day HR administration and source qualified real estate professionals for open opportunities.

You will screen and interview candidates and attract high-performing real estate agents and sales professionals to support the company’s growth, with emphasis on UAE market knowledge and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 - 3 years experience in Real Estate Recruitment and HR Operations
• Experience in identifying, attracting and engaging experienced real estate agents
• Clear understanding of the UAE real estate market
• Fluent English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayt, Naukrigulf or similar platforms

Responsibilities

• Operate the day to day HR administration functions
• Source qualified real estate professionals for open opportunities
• Screen and interview candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Attract high-performing real estate talent including real estate agents and sales professionals
