Job summary

Asico Real Estate Llc. in Dubai is seeking a proactive HR Executive Operations professional to lead day-to-day recruitment and HR administration for a growing real estate business.

This role is a strong fit for someone who understands the pace and expectations of real estate hiring and is also well versed in HR Executive Operations . You will play an important part in helping the business build high-quality teams by identifying talent that aligns with the needs of a growing real estate operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate the day to day HR administration functions .
• Source qualified real estate professionals for open opportunities.
• Screen and interview candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Attract high-performing real estate talent, including real estate agents and sales professionals.
• Support the company’s ongoing growth and workforce requirements through effective hiring activity.

• Minimum 1 - 3 years experience in Real Estate Recruitment and HR Operations .

• Experience in identifying, attracting and engaging experienced real estate agents.
• Clear understanding of the UAE real estate market.
• Fluent English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic and any other language is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and recruitment databases or ATS systems.
• Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayt, Naukrigulf, or similar platforms.
• Experience recruiting real estate agents and sales professionals is preferable
• Immediate availability is preferred.
