Job summary

Asico, a Dubai-based real estate company, is seeking an HR Executive Operations specialist to support talent recruitment and HR tasks within a fast-paced real estate environment.

The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring real estate professionals, including agents and sales professionals, while maintaining efficient HR administration and growth-driven hiring activity. Fluent English is mandatory, Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in Real Estate Recruitment and HR Operations
• Experience recruiting real estate agents and sales professionals
• Fluent English mandatory; Arabic a plus
• Clear understanding of the UAE real estate market
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and recruitment databases/ATS
• Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayt, Naukrigulf

You will play an important part in helping the business build high-quality teams by identifying talent that aligns with the needs of a growing real estate operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate the day to day HR administration functions .
• Source qualified real estate professionals for open opportunities
• Screen and interview candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Attract high-performing real estate talent, including real estate agents and sales professionals
• Support the company's ongoing growth and workforce requirements through effective hiring activity

Requirements

• Minimum 1 - 3 years experience in Real Estate Recruitment and HR Operations .
• Experience in identifying, attracting and engaging experienced real estate agents
• Clear understanding of the UAE real estate market
• Fluent English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic and any other language is a plus
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and recruitment databases or ATS systems
• Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayt, Naukrigulf, or similar platforms
• Experience recruiting real estate agents and sales professionals is preferable
• Immediate availability is preferred
