Job summary

Confidential in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in Real Estate, Property Management, and Facilities Management to join our team. You will manage day-to-day accounting, maintain accurate records, support month-end closing, and ensure strong financial controls across property operations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with tenants, service providers, maintenance costs, and reporting, plus UAE VAT and corporate tax awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven senior accountant experience in real estate or facilities management in the UAE.
• Extensive experience with AP, AR, GL, and month-end closing.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting for real estate, property management, and facilities operations.
• Handle rental income, tenant receipts, receivables, supplier invoices, payments.
• Oversee AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Perform regular reconciliations of tenant and supplier accounts and bank balances.
• Review invoices, payments, contracts, and supporting docs before processing.
• Support month-end and year-end closing and financial reporting.
• Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and cost monitoring.
• Ensure UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance and internal policies.
• Maintain confidential and accurate financial records.
