Quantum Global Group is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to manage accounting and financial reporting for a large real estate portfolio across the UAE, KSA, USA and other markets. The role requires hands-on real estate accounting, month-end closings, IFRS compliance and SAP proficiency.

The successful candidate will oversee monthly closings, balance sheet reconciliations and MIS reporting, while ensuring proper revenue recognition and tax support.

Formación

• CA / CA Inter / ACCA or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
• 3–5+ years of UAE real estate accounting experience required.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.
• Experience with monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Experience with large/multi-country real estate portfolios is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage monthly closing and preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet and Management Accounts.
• Handle accounting for property development, investment properties, leasing/rental and property-related transactions.
• Ensure revenue recognition under IFRS 15 and lease accounting under IFRS 16.
• Perform property/site asset, inventory/WIP and project cost reconciliations.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, provisions, prepayments and depreciation.
• Monitor and reconcile AR, AP, customer advances, deposits and bank balances.
• Support UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, statutory audits and year-end audits.
• Prepare property/project-wise schedules, MIS and variance analysis for management.
• Ensure accurate accounting and reporting through SAP and maintain strong controls.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to manage accounting and financial reporting for a large and diversified real estate portfolio across the UAE, KSA, USA and other international markets. The role requires strong hands‑on experience in real estate accounting, month-end closing, IFRS and SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly closing and preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet and Management Accounts.
• Handle accounting for property development, investment properties, leasing/rental and property-related transactions.
• Ensure appropriate revenue recognition under IFRS 15 and lease accounting under IFRS 16.
• Perform property/site asset, inventory/WIP and project cost reconciliations.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, provisions, prepayments, depreciation and other month-end activities.
• Monitor and reconcile AR, AP, customer advances, deposits and bank balances.
• Support UAE VAT & Corporate Tax, statutory audits and year-end audit requirements.
• Prepare property/project-wise schedules, MIS and variance analysis for management.
• Ensure accurate accounting and reporting through SAP and maintain strong financial controls.

Candidate Profile

• CA / CA Inter (Semi-qualified) / ACCA / equivalent qualification – mandatory.
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience, with UAE real estate accounting experience mandatory.
• Strong practical knowledge of IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.
• Proven experience in monthly closing, financial reporting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Hands‑on experience with property/project accounting, asset or inventory reconciliation.
• Strong SAP experience preferred.
• UAE VAT and Corporate Tax knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience with large or multi-country real estate portfolios will be an advantage.
