• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working directly for a Real Estate Developer.
• Proven experience calculating commissions for brokers, agencies, and internal sales teams.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, UAE VAT regulations, escrow accounts, and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Perform bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations; manage payables/receivables.
