Developer experience is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relations within real estate development.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Proven ability to manage post-sales processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Be primary contact for clients and agencies throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Handle inquiries, bookings, contracts, payments, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Sales, Legal, and Handover teams.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure SLA timelines are met.
• Manage complaints and escalations professionally.
