Job summary

Oia Properties LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a creative Content Creator & SEO Specialist to join our growing real estate team. You will craft high-quality content to boost organic visibility and support lead generation, combining strategic SEO with engaging property-focused storytelling.

The role requires 3+ years in content creation and 4+ years in SEO, with hands-on experience on WordPress and modern SEO tools.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years SEO experience.
Minimum 3 years content creation/writing experience.
Previous experience in UAE real estate is strongly preferred.
Proven experience developing and executing SEO and content strategies.
Strong knowledge of technical and on-page SEO fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute content strategies aligned with real estate business and marketing objectives.
Create high-quality content for websites, blogs, property listings, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing campaigns.
Produce engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Write SEO-optimized blogs, articles, property descriptions, landing pages, website copy, and community guides.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, search-intent research, and content-gap analysis.
Implement on-page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URL structure, internal linking, keyword placement, schema/content structure, and content optimization.
Develop content around UAE property markets, communities, developers, projects, investment opportunities, market trends, and real estate insights.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to identify content opportunities that can generate qualified leads.
